Order Deposit

We begin taking orders in early September and will continue to take orders until we sell out. A $50 deposit is required for each turkey. If you are ordering multiple birds, please multiply number of birds x $50.

Sizing 

Sizes range from approximately 12 – 35lbs 
*EXACT SIZES ARE NOT GUARANTEED*

We do our best to fill each order with a bird as close to your requested size as possible. Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis (earliest orders/deposits have greater chance of receiving a bird closer to their requested size than later ones) .

Please note that we usually have very few 12-14lb turkeys, so please plan accordingly and place your order early to avoid any frustration!

Processing

Turkeys are processed at the beginning of Thanksgiving week and are never frozen!

Pick Up

Turkey pick-up days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of Thanksgiving week 

For 2025, this means pick up days are:
Monday, November 24
Tuesday November 25
Wednesday November 26, 2025 – closing at 5PM for the season

Orders may be picked up on any of the three days, no need to notify us which day you are coming.  Balance remaining (total price minus $50 deposit per bird) is due at pick-up. Final price is based on weight, therefore it is not possible to pay your balance ahead of time. We thank you for your understanding!
